Cila R was going to a wedding in Europe and was going to meet friends and relatives she had not seen for years. She had lost many teeth, had lost the ability to chew properly and had lost her confidence. She was seeking fixed permanent teeth and did not want to go through grafting.

• Complete work up including a CT Scan, clinical examination and CT guided diagnostics to plan the implant placement.
• Temporary teeth were fabricated ahead of time.
• Teeth were removed, dental implants placed in the upper and lower jaw and fixed permanent teeth were provided the same day.
• The prototype (temporary teeth) were also important in re-establishing the cosmetics she desired.
