She was suffering from many missing teeth and was unable to chew. Many of the teeth were decayed and were unable to be saved. She had seen many dentists who told her implants were not possible without major grafting procedures. She was seeking fixed permanent teeth.

Treatment Stages:

• Complete work up including a CT Scan, clinical examination and CT guided diagnostics to plan the implant placement
• Temporary teeth were fabricated ahead of time.
• Teeth were removed, dental implants placed in the upper and lower jaw and fixed permanent teeth were provided the same day.
• The temporary teeth serve as a prototype so the final teeth are perfected.
• Without the prototype its impossible to check cosmetics, bite, jaw function and speech.
• After 6 months of healing a zirconia bridges were made for the upper and lower jaws.
